polisMOBILITY Conference

Trendsetter on the future market

Trendsetter on the future market

Pioneers of the industry will present their ideas and visions at the polisMOBILITY Conference. Participants will interact, network and discuss the challenges of the mobility turnaround, which were illustrated in a current survey by the German Aerospace Centre. Cooperative solutions will be developed jointly and international pilot projects and use cases discussed. An open content programme in the halls will be freely accessible to the visitors and will be enhanced by established conferences and modern dialogue formats. This combination between exciting contents and modern networking options offers totally new possibilities of interaction.

The current DLR study underpins the need and the variety of solution approaches.

Statement Johannes Busmann, CEO polis Convention GmbH

“The guiding principle of the functional, car-centric city has been a fundamental premise of city planning for many decades. In view of global technological developments in digitalisation, artificial intelligence and energy storage, we are now on the threshold of a ‘mobility-centric’ city that will open up brand-new possibilities for designing sustainable and liveable cities. With polisMOBILITY, we are keen to support this transformation and be a partner in the dialogue between the worlds of business, politics and urban society.”

"For electromobility to be successful, several million charging stations will have to be built in the coming years. And this is where municipalities and cities play an essential role.
