polisMOBILITY looks for role models for local mobility transition

On 22 to 24 May 2024, polisMOBILITY will enter the next round in Cologne and once again open up a cross-sector meeting place for the sustainable mobility transition. The three-day conference and exhibition will be all about mobility for a liveable and sustainable city of tomorrow.

This year, polisMOBILITY is calling on municipal stakeholders to submit a model project for the "Call for Best Practices" by 15 February 2024. We are looking for innovative measures that offer concrete solutions to the challenges of the municipal mobility transition. These could be in the areas of city logistics, shared mobility, on-demand transport, bicycle or charging infrastructure, for example.

Ten selected entries will be given the opportunity to present their project in a 30-minute slot at polisMOBILITY's citySTAGE between 22 and 24 May 2024. They will be able to share their experiences and challenges with other municipal stakeholders and the rest of the expert audience and then engage in dialogue.

City and municipal administrations, municipal subsidiaries such as public utilities or transport companies as well as regional associations are eligible to participate. Projects will be selected by mid-March.

The Call for Best Practices is supported by the Association of German Cities and the German Association of Towns and Municipalities.
