About Dr. Tobias Franke
Dr. Tobias Franke is Senior Manager and Team Lead of the AI and Mobile Solutions Team at PwC. After completing his doctorate at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, he founded SIS Software GmbH, which uses cutting-edge technology to display the behavior of crowds in terms of density, direction of movement, etc. in real time. The company was acquired by PwC in 2020 and has since been dedicated to solving digital challenges in the public sector in the areas of mobility, smart cities and crowd management using mobile technology and state-of-the-art AI approaches.
