About Julia Scholtes
Julia Scholtes heads the mobility management team at the City of Aachen. Her work consists of behavior change communication and campaigns and advises various stakeholders such as companies, event organizers, builders and developers as well as citizens on sustainable mobility options.
Before joining the City of Aachen, she worked for KfW Development Bank for several years, where she was involved in behavior change communication in the health and education sectors as well as in mobility infrastructure projects.
